We take great pride in the quality of our oils. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (Consumables/Edible Items), we generally do not accept returns. However, we will accept a return or provide a replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or leaking upon delivery.
  • The product is expired or has quality issues (bad smell/taste).
  • The wrong item was delivered.

2. Time-frame

You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage/leakage.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received back at our facility (if applicable), we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will appear within 5-7 business days.
